The product arrived damaged.
The product is incomplete.
The received product does not match what was ordered.
You may cancel your order as long as it is still in “Processing” status.
In that case, the refund will be processed and reflected in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
Once the order status is marked as “Completed,” it can no longer be canceled.
You must report any issue within 2 business days (48 hours) of delivery.
After this period, it will not be possible to process a return.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in optimal condition.
To start a return:

Order number
Clear photos of the damage, missing item, or error
Our team will review your request and send you instructions.
Ship the product back according to the provided instructions.
If the error is on SSIENTO’s part (damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
In all other non-applicable cases, returns are not available.
Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days.
The refund will be made to the same payment method originally used.
