Return and Refund Policy
At ssiento.com, we care about the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. For this reason, we only accept returns in the case of errors, damage, incomplete, or incorrect products.
1. Cases in which returns are accepted
The product arrived damaged.
The product is incomplete.
The received product does not match what was ordered.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your order as long as it is still in “Processing” status.
In that case, the refund will be processed and reflected in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
Once the order status is marked as “Completed,” it can no longer be canceled.
3. Deadline to request a return
You must report any issue within 2 business days (48 hours) of delivery.
After this period, it will not be possible to process a return.
4. Product condition for returns
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in optimal condition.
5. Process to initiate a return
To start a return:
Send an email to ssientosandiego@gmail.com including:
Order number
Clear photos of the damage, missing item, or error
Our team will review your request and send you instructions.
Ship the product back according to the provided instructions.
6. Return shipping costs
If the error is on SSIENTO’s part (damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
In all other non-applicable cases, returns are not available.
7. Refund timeline
Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days.
The refund will be made to the same payment method originally used.
